While Noggin/Nick Jr. as well as The N and NickMom blocks have gone smoothly with their screenbugs and graphic identifications, occasionally there have been times where things have gone haywire. This work-in-progress list details instances where Noggin/Nick Jr. as well as The N and NickMom blocks have had errors with their screenbugs, split-screen credits, graphic identifications, and sometimes even the shows themselves!

| July 19, 2024 | Around 1:40am, Paramount's network operations crashed, causing Nick Jr's west coast feed to go off the air for a currently unknown amount of time. Because of this, an extremely dated technical difficulties screen with the 2009-2012 branding was put up over the channel's feed. |  |
| July 28, 2024 | During the 7:00am PAW Patrol compilation, the 2018 screenbug was displayed. |  |
| August 15, 2024 | During the airing of the new episode of Rubble & Crew, the logo bug was placed on the 4:3 border instead of 16:9. This error happened again when the same episode reran at 8:00pm. |   |
